A Non-Profit Transforming Waste into Resources Menu

Food Waste Forum

WateCap's annual Food Waste Forum is an educational event featuring local panelists making a significant impact in the industry. The event is open to the public and focuses on demonstrating solutions that work at every level.

On July 27, 2017 WasteCap hosted their annual forum at The Box located in downtown Milwaukee. This year, the event was guided by the EPA's Food Recovery Hierarchy with presentations from each tier. Guests heard from industry leaders, like Tera Johnson of Teraswhey and Michael Keleman of InSinkErator, speak about their food waste stories and creative solutions.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Outpost for donating the food!
