WasteCap’s Architectural Salvage Warehouse is open to the public. It serves as a prominent resource for homeowners, artists, designers, builders and architects alike.
The warehouse boasts a selection of old growth lumber, antique hardware, vintage fixtures and architectural components that are sure to strike nostalgia and stir up creativity.

While the warehouse carries an array of materials and items are ever-changing, pieces typically fall into the following categories:
Sales and material donations provided to the Architectural Salvage & Reuse Warehouse allow WasteCap to continue to preserve Milwaukee's built history.
Items for sale in the warehouse are acquired through donation or through salvage work performed by WasteCap's deconstruction and salvage team.
Through a contract with the City of Milwaukee, WasteCap is able to salvage from residential tax foreclosures that are set to be demolished.
WasteCap does not purchase materials.
