A Non-Profit Transforming Waste into Resources Menu

Looking back & ahead for Senior Project Manager, Ralph McCall

"WasteCap is saying goodbye to one of ours. Ralph McCall is retiring and it is a sad goodbye. Ralph has been with WasteCap since day one. He has weathered every storm. He has innovated. He has succeeded. If there is one thing that is undisputable it is that WasteCap would not be what it is today without him. It would be much less..."

In our latest Newsletter, you can read our tribute to Ralph in its entirety. We are all extremely grateful for his passion, knowledge and friendship over the years.

So, push play and smile as you look back at these classic Ralph photos:

All dressed up at different events, like The Daily Reporter News Makers Awards in 2009.

Here with Ed Faherty, Jenna Kunde and David Pellitteri.

While in Montana to lead a WasteCap training and enjoying the views.

Proof he made it to the training.

Ralph was never afraid to throw on his hard hat and tackle any project.

Lastly, a few photos from our time to celebrate with our WasteCap team.

For Ralph's gift we shortened, sanded and painted this salvaged church pew. Each staff member took a turn recreating the pew, we had so much fun we plan on making more for the Salvage Warehouse.

Thank you, Ralph. Happy Retirement!
